Success Guarantee Policy

The Five Steps to Cash Flow Program ("Program") is an action-based program where you will receive a comprehensive multi-faceted coaching program together with the highest level of support from Bonnie Wu and the coaching team.


Through the Program, we have put you in a position ready for investment success. We assure you that as long as you have completed the Program and implemented our teaching and mentoring methods, you will have nothing to lose! To demonstrate our confidence in our training and mentoring, we offer our members the following Success Guarantee Policy.


Provided that you have fulfilled all the conditions below, we will refund you the difference between (i) the full payment you made for joining the Program (“Program Fee”) and (ii) the income you earned from the Investment (as hereinafter defined) under the Program for a period of 12 months from the date that the Investment generates return (“Investment Period”) (“Investment Return”) (minus an administrative fee of 5% of your full payment) should the Program Fee be greater than the Investment Return:

  1. You have made full payment for the Program (students who have made only partial payment or deposit are not covered by this Success Guarantee Policy).

  1. You have successfully enrolled in the Program and activated your membership. 

  2. You have completed 100% of the Program online training videos within a period of 12 months from the date of first payment including partial payment or deposit (“Program Period”) (completion status is determined by our back office computer statistics).

  3. You have attended all the monthly Zoom coaching sessions hosted by Chief Instructor Bonnie Wu during the Program Period and the 1-on-1 coaching session hosted by the offline team consultant during the Program Period.

  4. Since the Program is an action-based coaching program, you must have implemented and executed all the strategies and methods you learnt from the Program and taken substantive action for investment during the Program Period as suggested by the team of coach(es) and consultant(s) (“Investment”).

  1. Your request for refund must be received by our end by way of email within 14 days after the Investment Period together with your complete proof of income for the Investment Period, evidencing that you have not been able to recoup the Program Fee from the Investment Return during the Investment Period.

  1. You have observed and will continue to observe the Terms and Conditions at https://www.capstone-72.com.

- Upon approval of your eligibility for a refund, our team will notify you, and your eligible refund will be arranged within 30 business days. (All refunds in "$" are in Hong Kong dollars unless otherwise stated).

- If you do not hear back from our team within 36 hours, it is likely that your email has not reached us, please contact our team member dedicated to you or ask our support team for help.

- If you do not submit your request within the above timeframe, you will be disqualified from this Success Guarantee Policy.


- In case of any dispute, the decision of Bonnie Wu and our team shall be final.
